Here's a simple recipe for making honey hot chocolate:

Ingredients:

• 2 cups milk (whole milk or your preferred alternative)
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons honey (add your favorite honey)
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (optional, for extra richness)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
• Whipped cream or marshmallows for topping (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat the Milk: In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until it's hot but not boiling. Be careful not to scald the milk.

2. Mix Cocoa Powder and Honey: In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder and honey to create a smooth paste.

3. Combine Ingredients: Add the cocoa powder and honey mixture to the saucepan with the hot milk. Whisk continuously to ensure the cocoa and honey are well combined.

4. Add Chocolate (Optional): If you want an extra chocolatey flavor, add chocolate chips or chopped chocolate to the mixture. Continue to whisk until the chocolate is fully melted and incorporated.
