I love the mint honey in my hot mint tea at night. The mint tea brings out the mint flavor and gives the tea that "warm cozy" feeling you get from honey! Huckle Bee Farms is the only flavor infused honey I use. I bought a bottle and gave it as a Christmas gift to another mint tea drinker I know. Huckle Bee Farms honey makes a great gift!
